At Ponix Farms, innovation and passion for sustainable agriculture are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our newest group of interns—our Spring cohort of Smart Farming Associates! These talented students from HBCUs across the country are bringing fresh ideas and energy to our team, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them on board.
This internship program, made possible with the support of the Propel Center, is part of our commitment to empowering young people with the knowledge, skills, and resources to make a lasting impact in their communities. With many HBCUs located in food deserts, we see engaging HBCU students as a powerful opportunity to shape the future of farming and drive positive change in the food system.
